Sleeping has been annoying. This is mostly because the pressure of the pillow on my neck puts pressure on my teeth. As a result, it feels like I'm biting down on my splint. Like a cat, I usually have to adjust my body for 15 minutes before I can find a perfect position that offers enough support for my jaw yet doesn't add any unnecessary strain to the rest of my body.
Anyway, I'm on my own now. Stacey took me back to my apartment at 5:00 last night along with a plethora of food. Unfortunately, all the bottles are unmarked and they look the same. Because my tongue is permanently trapped behind my teeth, I have no way of taste sampling them. I have no idea if the white mush in Exhibit A is slimy pear, rice gruel, or egg. I guess each drink I mix will be a surprise.
Years ago, I used to play a game with my church-mates which involved mixing nasty things into a blender and daring each other to drink. I feel like that's what I'll be doing.
If anyone has any advice on how I can taste test the contents of each little bottle before throwing it into the blender, I'd like to hear it.
